My Healthy Lifestyle
I have a healthy lifestyle. I have good eating habbits. I eat vegetables every day. I try to eat less meat. I eat fruit every day. My favorite fruit is apples. Oh,I never drink coffe or cola. I know coffe and cola are bad for health. And maybe can make us die easily or break our memories.I drink milk 3 times a week.It's really good for health.But drink too much can make us fatter and fatter.That's bad for health. So I don't drink too much milk. Oh,I love exercise! It's good for health. I run on weekend. And I always ride my bike to school. I sleep for 8 hours every night.
So you see,I look after my health. And my healthy lifestyle helps get better and better day by day. Have you ever planned your healthy lifestyle? I think my way to keep healthy can help you.
Oh,I have a healthy lifestyle. It helps me hardly ever get bad feeling,and it helps me get good grades!

my healthy life style the definition of “healthy life style” include a positive living attitude towards life, eating a balanced diet, exercises regularly, which is three to five times a week with at least thirty to forty-five minutes per session. regular social interactions and regular physical check-up. i would like to add on enrichment personal knowledge in the list. all of us are very busy every day. students are facing a piling up of home works and assignments. blue collars and white collars rush to working places and offices. traffic jammed, unsolved problems, frustrations, new challenges. stress became the first thing in the morning. we have forgotten our own needs as human being, until the alarm of our biologic clocks been trigger off. we finally realize that we should have done a little more for ourselves earlier. because we have ignored what our body tells us, so we paid a higher price.
