windows10下xampp 无法启动apache

根据stackoverflow大神建议，关闭 w3svc服务就好了

netstat -an |findstr :80

看下什么占用了80端口 然后关闭相关的进程再重启下

很简单你先把wamp卸载了 然后再安装，安装的路径不要有中文路径 就ok了 不行在来找我
