后面的the blue one是和the green one比较的对象，在这句话中，很显然是绿色裙子被说话者拿来和蓝色裙子相比，所以当然是被动态的。如果是comparing with，那也就是说后面句子的主语“我”是和蓝色裙子比较的对象，这符合逻辑吗？和蓝色裙子相比较的对象是绿色裙子，对吧？这样解释说服你了吗？

compared with，与~~~~作比较，用作状语

可以用comparing 或者compared with有介词在后的一般都是用动词的被动形式

compare with 不是对比，是把……对比，
所以，对比蓝色的那个，表示的是物的被动动词（那个蓝色的被对比）

原本的话应该是If the green one is compared with the blue one ,I think the green one is better.他们的主语并不一致
