这是各个学校的招生广告而已，
给你发信和你是不是符合标准，能不能被录取没有什么关系。

你的条件符合Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute国际学生申请的基本要求，
仅此而已。
能不能被录取还要看其他条件，但总体希望不是很大。
