Keeping healthy is quite important to us.There are many ways to stay heathy.But I think there are two main ways.On the one hand, we should have a balanced diet.That is to say we should not only eat fruit and vegetables ,but aslo eat fish and meat.We should stay away from the unhealthy food,such as fast food, fried food, burnt barbecued meat and so on. These kinds of food may taste good,but it is bad for our health.They may cause cancer.We have learned that some food increases the risk of cancer.So we can't eat such kind of food so much.On the other hand, we should do more exercise.Exercising is a good way to keep healthy.I think everyone should take exercise for at least five hours each week.There are so many sports we can do, like running, swimming and so on.It can make us feel energetic and so we can do our work well.
