as作“尽管”讲，引导让步状语从句时，要采用倒装语序。（这种结构中，主谓并不倒装。表语是名词时，名词前面不加任何冠词。）

正常语序：He is hero 主系表追问不是说as做尽管讲引导的让步状语从句时候采用部分倒装嘛？部分倒装不是把情态动词或者助动词放在主语前面吗？所以我的理解是Hero as is he ,he still has short comings.。。。。不知道我错在哪儿了。。。。

as 放在宾语后头，省略谓语is 所以倒装了。一般正常的英语语序都是主谓宾，也就是：他（主语）是（谓语）什么（宾语）
正确语序是 As he is a hero,后同。
