原 文 摘 要 在过去的五年里，电子商务和第三方物流的发展都相当迅速。电子商务的最终实现需要强大的现代物流作为后盾，第三方物流由于具有专业化等多种优点，被认为是最适合电子商务模式的现代物流形式。在电子商务活动中,第三方物流业的建立与完善,不仅影响有形商品网上商务活动的顺利进行,而且也已成为我国第三方物流业能否顺利发展的一个至关重要的因素。 本文试图立足于我国的国情，以电子商务的发展为背景。主要介绍电子商务物流活动的内容；第三方物流的内涵；我国电子商务与第三方物流发展的现状；电子商务环境下我国第三方物流发展的制约因素；以及我国第三方物流发展的基本思路和建议等方面。目的是揭示电子商务背景下第三方物流的本质特征，以促进我国第三方物流的健康和稳定发展。 【关键词】 电子商务 第三方物流 第三方物流企业 Abstract In the past five years, Electronic Commerce (EC) and the Third Party Logistics (TPL) have both developed very rapidly. The thorough realization of Electronic Commerce needs the support of the powerful modern logistics. The Third Party Logistics is regarded as the best modern logistics for Electronic Commerce because of its advantages such as specialization. The establishment and improvement of Third Party Logistics in Electronic Commerce activities not only influence Internet marketing of visible commodities, but also have become a key issue for the Third Party Logistics to have a smooth development. This paper is based on our national conditions and the Electronic Commerce development. It introduces the Electronic Commerce Logistics activities, the Third Party Logistics, the present conditions of Electronic Commerce and Third Party Logistics in china.
