A:what do you think of the food in our restaurant?
B:It is pretty tasty,but it does not accord with the brief of healthy diet.
A:Why? I think there are many kinds of food ,such as meat,vegetables, steamed buns,noodles,porridge etc.All of them could ensure people absorbing sufficient nutrition .
B:But too much salt and oil has been added. Too much oil can lead to fat and heart cerebrovascular disease, Too much salt is harmful to blood pressure。
A:But very little salt and oil may cause worse taste。
B：I think health is more important than taste.
