原料:
羊肉片200克、孜然粒5克、孜然粉5克、酱油15ml、白糖5克、盐5克、洋葱1个、蛋清1只、料酒15ml、香葱2根。
做法:
1、羊肉切成薄片,用清水冲洗五分钟去除血水,然后加入蛋清、料酒抓匀腌制20分钟。洋葱切成薄片,香葱切成3-4厘米长的段备用;
2、炒锅烧热到用手置于上方能感觉到明显的热气,然后放入适量油,放入羊肉片迅速滑散,炒到肉片变色后盛出;
3、再次加热锅中剩余的油,到4成热时放入洋葱炒出香味,然后放入之前炒好的羊肉片,淋入酱油、孜然粒、盐、白糖拌匀后炒出香味,最后在出锅前撒上孜然粉、香葱段拌匀即可。
