Using mobile phones unduly results in various problems. For one thing, it not only shrinks the opportunity of communicating with others face to face but also consumes our time to enjoy our living. Almost all of people who overuse mobile phones take part in activities fewer. Undoubtedly, it is disadvantaged for people to develop their interests and make progress. For another, it is harmful to our health when we rely too much on mobile phones. Mobile phones emit radiation which makes our health worse when we use it. Moreover, so tired as we feel when we use it in excess.
From my own perspective, we should use mobile phones appropriately. Though it is crucial for us to use mobile phones, we had better not be addicted to using it.
