i know you feel upset these times because you parents don't agree you ride to school.
dont't worry ,you can have a talk with you parents and tell them ride to school can not only help you build you body up but also make you feel suitable .i know you parents will agree with you because they are wise and learend and know the adventuer of it ! i believe they will agree with you after you talking with them!
