Getting up early is very good for people's health.some people like staying in bed late, they think they can get more rest in that way, but that's not true. On the days people get up early , we can do things more efficiently, and we can keep active , not just in the morning but all day. and the air in the morning is also very fresh, if we get up early, we can enjoy the fresh air and it's also quite good for our health.
