我喜欢的西餐课作文

这学期学校特地安排了西餐礼仪做为国际礼仪课程内容，而地点则选在城西农场的藏酒酒庄。一走进餐厅里，就可以看到一位西装笔挺的绅士站在门口迎接我们，他─就是我们今天的老师。
　　老师一开讲便说：“人的外表是否得体全在于服装。”并教道：“穿衣服不但要看天气，更要看场合。”吃西餐时，依照隆重的程度来分，服装搭配上大致有两种，第一种是半正式，另一种是全正式。半正式的服装，男生不用打领带甚至是西装外套，全正式的当然就是一应俱全，要穿西装打领带。而女生们，都应穿着正式的洋装出席。怪不得，今天学校要我们穿着最正式的制服，出席下午的这一门课呢！
　　一坐下来，第一件事就是如何摆放口布。首先，我们必须先摊开，再对摺成为等腰三角形铺放在腿上，以免用餐时食物掉落，弄脏了衣服。若要暂时的离开座位，可将口布披挂在椅背上，若是用餐完毕，就必须将口布放在桌子的右上角，以免上个厕所回来，桌上的餐都被撤走了，那可就糗了。
　　紧接着的是桌上的餐具摆放，可是大大有学问。餐厅在摆放餐具时，可是依照菜单的先后顺序，由两侧由外向内依序使用。喝完汤，汤匙必须是向下放在盘子上的右边，主餐若是排餐(如牛排)，食用完毕，刀叉应放在盘子中间，刀背向外。怪不得，以前服务生总是用非常怀疑的眼神看着我，以为我不吃了，所以急着把我的肉端走呢！
　　这次的课程可不是纸上谈兵而已呢！我们终于吃到了面包、浓汤和期待已久的猪小排，所有的知识和文化，随着一道道的佳肴吞下肚后，也才能真正的落实在我的用餐礼仪上，谢谢学校的这门课，不但让我“饱”餐一顿，今后吃西餐时，也不用再担心会贻笑大方了。
