We should try to stay healthy and strong. We should eat breakfast everyday. We should also eat more vegetables and fruits because they contain lots of vitamins. We should get up early and not stay up late because we need to have enough sleep. Furthermore, doing exercises everyday is also important to keep us fit and healthy.

Keeping healthy is very important to us. As we know, food gives us energy. So first, we must have enough food every day. We must have breakfast and eat more fresh fruit and vegetables but less drunk food. Second, we should do more exersise. We can piay basketball, soccer and volleyball or swim and skate. Swimming is good for our lungs. Walking is good for our legs, heart, and lungs.So we must do more exersise. Third we'd better have enough sleep. We should go to bed early and get up early.
