英文系统不支持中文寻求解决方案拜托各位大神

我的本本是toshiba的，预装英文xp系统，能识别中文但是不能输入中文，而且安装新软件时界面的中文字体不能正常显示。现在我装了google拼音输入中文但是选词界面也显示全为乱码，请问怎么解决？ 我试图在text service and input language中增加中文显示但是选项中根本没有中文可以选，在m$的网站上找中文补丁包则显示我的系统不支持，有什么解决办法吗？

xp自带全球语言包。 在控制面板中打开打开区域和语言设置窗口，选择Language，选中将Install Files for East Asian Languages然后根据提示操作。然后在Regional Options选项中选择“Chinese (PRC)”，Location中选择China。在Language中单击Details按钮，在Settings中的“Default input language”中选择Chinese （PRC），然后在“Install Serivces”中点击“Add”按钮即可添加中文输入法。
