题目Learn to say no,要求结合个人经历与感悟.我的中心思想是只有学会拒绝才能排除一切不必要的干扰和诱惑,给指导就可以了.而且我这个是要作为演讲的

i 'd like to give you some advice:
first you can give the example that in the face of someone else's request,you do not want to say no. Even the unreasonable demands,you will always have an agreed,in particular,often regret it later,you are full of contradictions.
you are determined more than once to learn how to resist other people can beg for each face that both eyes.
then one day it do harm to you(give the real things).you think over this indicate and want to change yourself-------next give the reason why dont't say no is not so good and learn to say no is better.
finally sumrise the topic of learn to say no.
it just my opinion you can take advantage of it.
