To my mind,to protect the cultural heritage is first,and to develop industry is second.For the cultural heritage is the treasure that was created by people and has been kept for thousands of years,it has great value.Onced detroyed,it's impossible to make it again.For the reason,we should take some measures to protect the Yungang Grottoes.All factories should be moved out of the area. As we all know, the Yungang Grottoes built in the North Wei dynasty,which is now lying in Datong of Shanxi Province is widely accepted as world-famous art treasure.Unfortunately,it is suffering damages in recent years by plenty of industry dust which is eroding its Buddhist images .
