想定一个机票就是到时候无条件取消退款的 但是英文不好 看不懂 捂脸 跪求大神翻译!!!

the excellence fare allows you to cancel your flight prodiving you haven't already completed one of the legs, and we'll refund the full fare (credit card/paypal fees and the purchase of any additional service not included in the fare shall not be refunded)
我特别纠结一条腿是什么意思。。。还有附加的买行李的钱好像要不回来的样子啊，是不是这样呢
