经过这段时间的学习及总结，本校同学讨论一致认为：Matthew 不适合继续从事本班的教学工作。原因如下：

2） Matthew非常不尊重他人，不考虑他人感受。例如今天上课，有同学没有听讲，在和旁边的同学说话，他本可以走过去轻声提醒同学，却选择用他的水壶敲打同学电脑，极不尊重同学。同时，他对英文不好学生不仅不鼓励帮助，还轻蔑地看着我们无奈地说; “我完全听不懂你在说什么!算了。” 并且，在交流中，我们经常被他打断和阻止，以至于很多同学都不敢大胆地说英文，以免这样的尴尬局面再次出现。学校聘请外教是为了给我们制造一个学习练习英文的环境。但现在，因为怕说错误的句子而不敢张口直接导致了同学们的口语退步。这难道没有违背办学的初衷，适得其反吗？
3） Matthew毫无教学热情。在他一小时的课堂中，最多只有20分钟是用来讲和教学内容有关的东西。在另外40分钟里，他要么来抱怨学校及社会制度的不公，要么一些他感兴趣的对学习毫无帮助的话题。并且在有同学没听清楚内容，请他重复一遍的时候，他总说：“It’s not my job to listen to you，right?”导致一部分同学无法理解所学知识。 更有甚者，在有一节演讲课上，有一位同学的PPT.临时打不开。当我们将情况告诉他时，他竟然说: “ So what? 5） Matthew 经常在课堂上表达对学校制度的不满（从他的个人意见来说）多次表达不再任教和不符合事实的批评。
综上所述，此教师的种种恶劣行为严重地影响了我们的学习生活及对他人社会的态度。因此，我们强烈地要求更换老师！
