bond和loan构成debt的来源 stock（shares）构成equity的来源 bond只是一种有价证券 debt是企业获得资源的形式 debt和equity是同一等级的概念 bond和stock、loan是同一等级的概念 Bond is one type of debt. Bonds, debentures, notes, loans...they are all debts.
