We are experiencing a high number of returns of DP3150 as well as DP0085/DP0366.

The rubber used for all pulleys after the factory move was basically not correctly mixed - unusable, this will include every pulley manufactured in this period?

The installer cannot fit this pulley incorrectly; it is more than likely that the problem is the material … who will pay this claim???

The factory has to re-develop both references as soon as possible, the pulleys are disassembled and I have attached Charlie’s reports regarding the comparison of Tianfa and the OE pulley.
工厂必须重新尽快开发两种产品参考（设计）。滑轮被拆开了，然后我附上了查理的关于tianfa和订单样本比较的报告。
The design is different but is not the reason for the failure as we know, because we had only a small quality issue before (acceptable percentage of warranty returns).

But we have realised that OE has a much better design now and the factory has to copy the OE product 100% and get the rubber material right (CR/NR).
