默认打开EPO,AGPS功能，以减少GPS定位时间，提高用户体验
做如下修改：
alps\mediatek\frameworks\base\agps\etc\agps_profiles_conf.xml
agps_enable="no" ==> 改成"yes"
disable_after_reboot="no" ==> 保持"no"
alps\mediatek\frameworks\base\epo\etc\epo_conf.xml
auto_enable="no" ==> 改成"yes”
如何测试EPO:
Step如下：
Phone need to connect 3G or WiFi network
Download EPO Data in the Settings -> Location -> Enable Use GPS satellites and Enable GPS EPO assistance
Check EPO Data in the Settings -> Location -> EPO settings
Static receive over 10minutes in the Open Sky environment before 1st EPO test
Turn off GPS Test Tool , and wait over 4Hours
Open GPS Test Tool , and Count GPS fix time
Record the 2nd , 3rd ….. GPS fix time in a table
