my favourite food 英语作文,

My favourite food is the Peking Duck.It is a famous dish and a lot of international personalities have tried it before.The duck is charcoal roasted till its skin is crispy and brown.One bite into the meat and you can taste the juicy and tender flesh wrapped in the crispy skin.It is eaten with a thin slice of pancake and cucumber and leek.But some people don't like the taste of leek so you can don't add that.Finally you have to add in the sweet sauce so that the pancake will have some taste.It's always a delight to savour Peking Duck.
