other、another、the other , others和the others
other意思是“其他的、别的、另外的”，可以做形容词用，在句子中作定语。

即不确定范围"其他的""另外的"的意思
e.g. some children like milk chocolate, other children prefer plain hocolate.(一些小孩喜欢奶油巧克力,另外一些小孩却喜欢纯巧克力.)
others
是代词,也是在不确定范围的情况下使用
