I am very glad to receive your e-mail that invite me to your home .And I am looking forword to going quickly,but something goes wrong next week .To celebrate our company's three-year birthday,my boss let me to be the main planner,and help him hold a wonderful party,so I am very busy untill next weekend.Therefore I can't see you next week,will you forgive me? To see you next week ,I want to invite you to take part in ours celebration if you have time ,will you come?. Or I will go there after the celebration .If you decide ,please let me know!

Hi xx,
How are you lately? Do you have plans to travel anywhere during the summer vacation? I am staying at home everyday because it's so hot outside.
