我的谷歌钱包的支付功能被冻结了，需要发一份英文的电子邮件，求帮助
要写下面几句话
1，我不会英语，所有这份邮件是找朋友代写的
2，我的谷歌钱包是用Google Play礼品卡充值的，我没有信用卡。
3，我在使用谷歌钱包时，帐号的支付功能被暂停。
4，我希望可以解封。

I am a Google Wallet user, my account number is XXXXX. Of late, I found that the payment function of my account had been freezed. As I was not informed of anything, so I do not know what is the cause of this situation. I hope that you can let me know the reason so that I can rectify and use the account again.

首先你要在邮件里对自己的情况做必要介绍，像你的初中学校，你的成绩，性格特长等也可以看看该学校的网站有什么要求的建议你找一下留学中介或老师，这么重要的事情，其它的也不敢乱说如果你要在知道上问可以求助几个处理留学问题的团队呵呵，抱歉啦，只能帮你这么多~
