我民国 加入轴心国 有限宣战英国 想得到英国的东印度半岛殖民地 我已经占领了 但是英国也不求和 到底是为什么？？？？？

点外交，能看到投降倾向，高过国家凝聚力才会投降。在它投降之前，同样用外交，选增加战争目标，要求领土。

求和只能是没有加入任何阵营时，且那些已占地区本就是你的核心领土——选点地区时出现的窗口左下角有你的国旗才是你的核心领土。

这个简单：1、你宣的是英国，就是跟同盟国作战，只能跟联盟中的老大和谈，然而英国的高分胜利点全都在欧洲本土和埃及和直布罗陀那里，所以你的胜利点数不够，对方是不会和你和谈的。只有达到一达胜利点数时对方才会和谈，但是同样的当你如果达到这个胜利点时你都跟胜利差不多了`~还和谈个什么呢？ 2、想和谈割地的话，只能是割有你核心的地，如果你没有的话只会归还给对方，唯一解决的办法就是修改核心，或者下个全球核心的决议或者文件，这样就可以。
