Many children only like eating meat.They often go to Mc Donald to have hamburgers and drink Coke.This is harmful to them for their health.I think they should have more fruit and vegetables.It is very good for our health.And we will become stronger and stronger.At breakfast ,I have a good diet.At breakfast,I have a glass of milk and an egg. I also have some bread.At lunch,I have fish,meat and some vegetables.At dinner,I have some fruit ,meat ,rice and vegetables.
