这个意思好像是说你的网卡的，好像是说你的网卡是3.16的版本，又怎么又个3.64的，你不会是两个网卡吧？你在设备管理器中把网卡停用，再启用，开机让系统自动再按下驱动，看看能解决不能

是不是bios里面开启了从网络启动，但是你的机器又没连接网线，要解决也就是到bios里面把网卡的启动功能禁用就ok啦

楼主好耐心打这么多字貌似网卡出问题了，拔了重插或者把它拔掉不装再或者换一个网卡试试

这个是腾讯软件没有卸载干净或者受到破坏所造成的。在开始菜单的运行里输入msconfig命令，再点确定，这时会出现一个“系统配置实用程序”的对话框，点击上面的最后一个选项“启动”，这时会看到开机后电脑启动的所有内容，其中就一定会有你这个“splus.dll”之类的相似的项目，你把它前面的勾去掉，再点击确定就行了。下次开机就没有这个启动项目了，不过会多出一个另外一个关于你已经使用了“系统配置实用程序”的对话框提示出现，你可以点击它下面的不再提示，然后点击确定。这样你以后再开机后就不会出现这些了。呵呵。
