* 2 tablespoons butter
* 1/3 cup granulated sugar
Salad Dressing:
* 3/4 cup light mayonnaise
* 1/4 cup milk
* 2 tbsp poppy seeds
* 2 tbsp raspberry vinegar
* 1/3 cup granulated sugar
Preparation:
Place sugared almonds in a saucepan and heat up over medium heat,melt two tablespoons of butter; stir in almonds and 1/3 cup of sugar.Sauté the mixture until golden brown.
In salad bowl,combine strawberries and the sugared almonds.Mix salad dressing ingredients together in a small mixing bowl and then toss with salad.Chill briefly and serve.
