The importance of Self --confidence
Self--confidnece is important for us .If there is no self--confidence,there is no success,there is no hope,..........Many people succeeded because of thier self --confidence,such as Bill Gates,Yao Ming,Liu Xiang and so on.How do we build up our self --confidence?
First,We should have confidence in evrything.We should trust ourself that we will succeed ,no matter what the situation is difficult.We can start from easy things.As we succeed in these easy things,we will gradually have confidence.Second,we should find why we have no confidence.Once we find these reasons,It is easy for us to overcome them.Third, The possibility of building up confidence depends on yourself.The harder you try, the more possible you get confidence.So don't give up easily.The minute you think of giving uo,think of the reson why you held it so long.
