either:
可以用于句型either...or....
either Jak or I will go to the party.我或者杰克会去参加聚会.
可以用于否定句中,表示"也"
Jak is not a teacher,I'not a teacher,either.杰克不是老师,我也不是.

too:
可以表示很,非常,的意思
可以用于句型.too...to...
表示太怎么而不能怎么样。

都有也的意思。但是too一般放句尾，可修饰副词和形容词，也有非常，太，过度等意思，比如too much ,too many，too....to(太。。。而不能。。） either一般放句中，表示两者中任何一个。either or(要么。。。要么。。。） i think so too. either he could not come or he did not want to .
