My Home Town
My home town is a beautiful place. It stands beside a wide river and is rich in fish and rice.
But in the old days it was a poor and backward little town. Many people had no work. They lived a hard life.
In 1949 my hometown was liberated. Since then great changes have taken place there. The streets have been widened. Factories, schools, hospitals, cinemas and theatres have sprung up one after another. The life of the people is greatly improved.
I love my hometown. All the more I love its people. They are working hard so as to make it still richer and more beautiful.
我的家乡
我的家乡是个美丽的地方，它座落在一条宽宽的小河旁边，富产鱼和大米。
但是在过去它是个又穷又偏僻的小镇。很多人没有工作，生活很难过。
1949年解放以来，我的家乡发生了很大的变化。道路拓宽了，工厂、学校、医院、电影院和歌剧院一个接一个建成。人们生活质量大大地提高了。
我爱我的家乡，更爱家乡的人们。他们辛勤工作保持着它的富有、美丽。
There are five people in my family. They are my grandfather, my grandmother, my father, my mother and I .
My father is doctor. He works in Yueqing. He goes to work on foot everyday. My father is not very tall, but he is strong, he is very kind to his patients and he loves his work.
My mother is teacher. She works in a middle school in Yue Qing. She goes to work by car. She is a very good teacher in my eyes.
I am a student in Yueqing FLS. My school is very beautiful. There are many tall buildings, green tress, nice flowers in our school. We have wonderful teachers too. I like studying in my school.
My grandparents don’t go to work any more. They have retired. They stay at home everyday. In the morning they go to the park and do morning exercises. In the afternoon, they drink tea with their friends. In the evening, they enjoy themselves watching TV and reading newspapers.
We have a happy family. I can’t say how much I love it!

Hong Yang keeps my hometown down in Pu Ning City , that is a east Guangdong antiquited small town , the upper town building Guxianggu color, still has a main street being laying a bluestone, street an excited coming and going of people , extraordinary scene of bustle and excitement. That the hometown change is very big , the new building rises straight from the ground during the past the past few years,is a beautiful building everywhere , still has a lot of factory and shop, my hometown becomes more and more beautiful!
我的家乡在普宁市洪阳镇,那是粤东一个古老的小镇,镇上的建筑古香古色,还有一条铺着青石的大街,街上人来人往,非常热闹.
近几年来,家乡的变化可大了,一幢幢新楼拔地而起,到处都是漂亮的楼房,还有许多工厂和商店,我的家乡变得越来越美丽了!

My home in Canton, there are many high-rise buildings, as well as delicious old fire, where large and the United States Park, the grass looks green it would stifle the trees grow tall and straight, flowers opened again bright and beautiful. There is also the country's largest book center, I often go to the library to buy books, pay the cashier that in the little girl is me!

guangzhou is my hometown. it’s a pretty city in the northeast of china, and it has a population of 5.3 million people. it’s on the coast. it has modern seaport and airport. it is known as the “pearl in the north”. its scenery is so beautiful and the climate is so pleasant that travelers all over the world come to visit it . it’s famous for the seafood, the football team and the international fashion festival. shanghai is the biggest city which lies on the east coast of china. it’s on the river chang jiang, too. it’s older, bigger and busier than dalian. the buildings are taller and population is over twice larger than that of dalian-13 million. the weather there is neither too hot nor too cold. lots of places of interest attract visitors from other countries all the year round. i would like to work there to make more money when i grow up. it’s one of the largest trade centers in the world.
