My new year resolution is simply to go to bed earlier every night, because good rest at night can make me refreshed and energetic the next day. Good sleep can improve my efficiency at work as well. Besides, burning the night oil can be really harmful for the health and may give rise to heaps of diseased and body function disorders. As it is clear to all, that early to bed and early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise.
