Except the case of Force Majeure as stated in Article 11, if the deliveries/services implementation are delayed by the reasons for which the Seller can be held solely responsible, the Buyer may claim a compensation for liquidated damages of 0.4% of delayed shipment value per day up to a maximum ten percent (10%) of total value of contract. The Seller is still responsible for any conditions as stated in the Contract even he has compensated for the damages.

除不可抗力的情况作为第11条指出,如果交付/服务的实施是由那些对卖家可以承担全部责任的理由延误,买方可以要求为0.4延误装运价值每%的违约赔偿金的赔偿一天最多可百分之十(10%的合同总价值)。卖方仍有责任,甚至在他的损害赔偿合同所列明的任何条件。
