responsibility - 是指义务 责任
duty - 是说这只是任务 你要完成的一件事情 也可以说成是task,job
比如:
I have responsibility to do this.
我有责任/义务去做这件事.
用于一件重要的事.
This is one of my duty.
这项事使我其中的一个任务.
用于任何事.

As duty refers to moral commitment. In the case of duty, the person will be involved in activity without any self-interest, such as your duties as a parent 作为父母的责任，your duty for your country 对国家的责任
Responsibility can be termed as an ability to act at one’s own will, without any supervision. It is the obligation to successfully complete an assigned task, such as your responsibility to clean to house 打扫房子的职责
