Failure on the part of Buyer after its inspection at Buyer's assigned premises to take any of the three courses of action available to it in accordance with Article 9B within thirty (30) days after actual receipt by Buyer at Buyer's assigned premises shall constitute acceptance of Product, but such acceptance shall not relieve Seller of the warranty obligations provided in Article 11 as to either patent or latent defects or nonconformities.
