一般国外不说有希望，会说最佳新歌手，这个也会代表最有希望的意思

因为如果要说最有希望的话无非就是Promising和best hope这种的
promising更多的是被用来描述物体，一个物品。Hope会使人听了觉得有负面的感觉，就好像本来前途是黑暗的，现在终于有希望了这样的。

唯一不同的就是书面语，像这个举例的话就是：They look promisin as singers. 基本上不会有人真的这么口语说的
