iit is not hard to see that many people do not abide by these pulic rules in China. just like the picture, it is in an airport's hall. people should not speak loudly. but two women are still talking in a high voice. although there is board and it reminds people not to litterring or spitting, an adult ignores it and still does. the little child also throws the rubbish on the floor and it makes the guide very surprise. but his mom doesn't think it is wrong. so, we can see that it is very common for Chinese, no matter it is adult or child. we should change it from every tiny thing around us and educate the children as requent as possible. then the whole level of Chinese quality can improve.
