管理信息系统建设策略研究
摘要：随着信息技术在管理上越来越深入而广泛的应用,管理信息系统的实施在技术上已逐步成熟。管理信息系统是一个不断发展的新型科学，任何一个单位要生存要发展，要高效率地把内部活动有机地组织起来，就必须建立起和自身特点相适应的管理信息管理系统。本总结了电力企业管理信息系统建设经验与教训，分析了计算机管理信息系统软件与硬件平台协调配置，硬件平台建设与应用开发的关系等，提出了管理信息系统建设应遵循“阶段性、时效性、持久性”的建设原则，论述了该原则提出的依据以及在实际工作中取得的应用成果。
