I`m sorry that I can`t take part in your birthday party .My grandmother has an illess ,But my parents has leaved home.so I have to let her,and our english exam is coming .That`s why I can not take part in your party.

Dear Tom，

Thank you for your invitation。 But I am so sorry I can`t go to your birthday party this weekend。 Because my parents were on business trip only to come back next month 。 My grandma was ill and she must lie down and needs I look after 。And my English exam is coming， I have to study for my English exam。 So I can`t go to your birthday party。
