2 major uses for doing this test. It did not appear that you fit either of them since you did not give info if you had recent surgery. Then, suspected liver problem or suspected genetic issue who is heterozygous for the atypical gene and have lower than normal levels of PChE and varying levels of dibucaine inhibition.
