Dear Mary, I am very sorry to hear that you are ill.Two days ago , you told me you were anxious about your final term examination.I advised you that you should learn to be relax.Now ,you are in bad condition ,I think it is the main reason you are always in bad mood and under big pressure. As your friend ,I am very worried about your health,and have some suggestions to you.First,you must to be clam down,and don`t think much about the exam,It is not important at all.Second ,you can listen some light music or your favorite songs to relax your self.Then having enough sleep is also very important ,because your health is the basic of your study.
