人称代词前面不用加定冠词的。。直接用where is he/she就可以了

the后面只能跟定语

也不是说绝对不能在人称代词前用冠词（a, the）。从语法上说，人称代词前不能用冠词，因为没有必要。人称代词本身就用于定指，即已经提到过的人。但是，在特殊语境里，表达特殊所指，仍可以使用：
- she's been trying to bug me on twitter many times, but hasn't had a chance yet.
- how do you know it's a "she"？
- she sounded like one.
- when did the "she" get access to your account the first time?
