选C没错
need既可以用作情态动词也可用作动词
用作动词时是need to do sth
用作情态动词时是need do sth
类比could ,can等情态动词,就可以知道选项C 是正确的了.
B错,只有基本动词前才加助动词,所以B要改为do not need to go 才对.
