chem是什么？应该选d吧，这样的话是个祈使句
加入逗号是完整的一句话就是A或C
这样的话肯定是C 因为主语是OUTPUT，产量不能主动的去比只能被比所以C
建议不要去记什么什么结构，类似句子多读几遍就不会选错了

the output of chemical fibers总不能自己compare吧，所以是动宾关系，要用过去分词
