主持每周例会安排该周任务；
安排小记者做人物采访及校园新闻报道；
组织记者团成员参与“新闻采写”与“演讲口才”培训；
安排记者团内部“老带新”工程；
督促帮助小记者文字水平的锻炼与提升；
负责校报校对及发行；
选送优秀作品投递至校报编辑处
