英语四级考过其实不算难但是题量特别大，如果你之前不做些练习题来训练速度的话一定做不完。四级比高考难过正是因为这个原因，而且还有，刚一上大学不会让你考，所以高中学的一些东西不巩固忘掉的也导致四级不好过。如果还有什么问题，我可以帮助伱，我的四级也是刚过。听力比高考难很多，一定要练习。因为四级的听力语速快了很多，语调非常纯，即使你英语学的很好，多听听一定会拔高的。我认为完形填空比高考简单些，但是由于题量大，有些人完形填空只能在交卷前 1、2分钟做，乱填，建议可以先做完形填空。翻译也比较容易。阅读理解是词汇量大，但是如果你掌握了高中全部的英语单词也不会使你丢分。呵呵，希望对你有帮助。

四级的词汇量没那多大的，高考150分，你能达到110分左右就行了，词汇是日积月累的东西，不是突破就可以的。我倒是建议你几点：
1，保持每天听听力，练练耳朵的敏感信息捕捉，
2，做题，重点部分集中在快速阅读和阅读，以及改错，完型部分。可以做上10套真题，10套全真预测题。
3，作文和翻译部分。翻译主要是关键词和句子流畅度，关键词对了，分也就差不多拿了。作文的话，你可以准备一些常用架构式的句子，考场上直接套。
下面补充一些作文常用句型。
用句型二 一，开头句型 1.As far as ...is concerned 2.It goes without saying that... 3.It can be said with certainty that... 4.As the proverb says 5.It has to be noticed that... 6.It`s generally recognized that... 7.It`s likely that 8.It`s hardly that... It’s hardly too much to say that... What calls for special attention is that...需要特别注意的是 There’s no denying the fact that...毫无疑问，无可否认 Nothing is more important than the fact that... what’s far more important is that... 二，衔接句型 A case in point is ...
