Each choice has its advantage and disadvantage and there is no absolute answer for this question. If I were you, I'd rather choose to spend the first four or five years in the United States,working for some internationally renowned companies to gain some experience first. So when the time has come for me to return to China, I can be sure that I can find a job with a position at the management level.For if I come back without any work experiences for any American companies,it is unlikely for me to find a satisfactory job and I have to start from the very low pistion jobs.

If I were you, I would set a time limit for myself to stay in the United States for no more than six years. If I stay there for too long, I might lose the opportunity in my home country. Everyone knows that China is a fast developing country where you can find many opportunities. And I don't miss this rare chance. Especially when the rest of the world are increasingly relying on China to play the role of locomotive to bring them out of the current economic crisis, there are bound to be more business opportunities for me. And it will then be a bad choice for me to stay there and not to come back.
