In the event of Employee’s death during the Term,this Agreement shall terminate automatically as of the date of death,except with respect to any accrued but unsatisfied obligations to the date of death.

在合同期间,如果员工发生死亡事件,该协议自死亡日期当日起自动终止,不包括从死亡日期计算起自然增长但未完成的债务、义务、指责等.（意思是：虽然合同终止了,但是由于该员工导致的债务、义务依然有效,依然要执行到底.）
